Farm labor contractors licensed by the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE) must display the Farm Labor Contractor Statement of Pay Rates notice. The notice must be displayed at a size of at least 12” high x 10” wide.

The notice includes:

• The Contractor’s business location and contact information
• Description of the job being performed by the contracted workers alongwith the pay rate for each job type

The notice includes both English & Spanish.
