Michigan Human Trafficking Notification Poster

Businesses covered under the Michigan Human Trafficking Act must display, in a conspicuous location where it can be viewed by the public and employees within the business location, a notice to combat human trafficking. The notice must include specific text provided by the Legislative Council of Michigan and must be posted in both English and Spanish.

The Michigan Human Trafficking Poster must be posted by the following establishments:

• Each rest stop welcome facility in the state
• Each bus or rail transportation service used by the public
• Any entity that owns property that has been found by court to constitute a public nuisance due to acts of prostitution or human trafficking being conducted on the property or arising out of the ownership or use of the property
• All entertainment establishments
• All public airports
