Employers involved in the business of selling or renting real property who are covered by the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, are required to display in a conspicuous location, a notice issued by the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights.

- Liability for Service in the U.S. Armed Forces
The notice also lists those who cannot discriminate, in respect to particular services and what steps can be carried out if discrimination in housing in encountered.
