New Jersey Prohibits Discrimination in Places of Public Accommodation Poster
All places of public accommodation covered by the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, are required to display in a conspicuous location, a notice issued by the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights.
The New Jersey Discrimination in Places of Public Accommodation Poster informs those seeking accommodation of their right to non-discrimination on the basis of:

- Creed
- Color
- National Origin
- Ancestry
- Nationality
- Marital or Domestic Partnership or Civil Union Status
- Sex
- Pregnancy
- Breast Feeding
- Gender Identity or Expression
- Affectional or Sexual Orientation
- Disability
- Liability for Service in the U.S. Armed Forces
The notice also lists those who cannot discriminate, in respect to particular services and what steps can be carried out if discrimination in public accommodation is encountered.
