Employers covered under the New York Paid Family Leave law must post, in a conspicuous location where it can be viewed by all employees, a notice issued by the state of New York.

The New York Paid Family Leave (PFL-120) Poster includes:

• How to file for paid family leave
• Contact information for requesting help on paid family leave

The employer is required to display the following information as part of the notice:

• Paid family leave insurer’s name, address and phone number
• Name of the employer
• Policy number and effective dates
