The Texas Restaurant and Bar Poster includes the following postings:
- Choking poster
- Hand washing poster
- Safe food temperatures poster
- Texas identity theft notice
Who needs to post this notice?
Effective September 1st, 2005 a law signed by the governor of Texas requires every restaurant and bar owner to post the Texas Identity Theft poster in at least one "prominent location" on the premises.
A restaurant or bar owner shall display the sign in English and another language spoken by a substantial portion of the employees of the restaurant or bar as their familiar language.
